Minnie L Thomas passed away February 27, 2016 at the residence of her cousin and caregivers Luther (JoAnn) Craighead.  She was born April 16, 1920 to Mary Wilkerson and Doc Hill in Brent, AL.  She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Antioch Baptist Church.  In 1939 she married the love of her life, Mr. James Thomas.  After moving to Mobile, AL, Minnie joined Ainwell Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her death.  She was a domestic worker for over 50 years.  Minnie enjoyed reading and taking care of her dog Tracy.

SERVICES: Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Antioch Baptist Church,Brent, AL, Rev D. Kirkland, Pastor, Rev. Michael E. Jackson, Pastor of Ainwell Baptist Church, Mobile, AL officiating.  Burial in Perkins Cemetery.
