Lee's Life Story: Lee Otis Caddell, Jr. “Bud”, born in Alabama, he became a beloved member of the Cleveland community, passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on November 15, 1952, Lee touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic at Alcoa for 43 years and dedication to his passions. An avid sports fan, Lee could often be found cheering on his favorite team the University of Alabama. His warm smile and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Lee leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Caddell; father, Lee Otis Caddell, Sr.; a sister, Louise C. Steele; and a brother, Willie Roy Caddell. He leaves to cherish his memory: his significant other, Patricia; Robert’s, three sons, Lee Otis III, Antonio Andre Caddell, and Otis Lee Tarber; his granddaughter, Portia Segines; his great granddaughter, Royal Swoope; his sisters, Jewel Caddell, Lottie Mae Anderson, and Gwenda Foster; two brothers-in-law, Bobby Anderson and James Steele; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews; a very good friend he calls his brother, Mose Billingsley.
