LIFE STORY OF CEDRIC'S: Cedric Donell Crews was born in Brent, Alabama on July 29, 1980, to the late Lou David Russell and Tina Marie Crews. He departed this life on December 25, 2024, at the hospital, in Indiana. Cedric accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized at an early age at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, where he remained a devoted member until moving to Chicago, Illinois. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: eight loving children, Briauna Marchbank of Brent, Alabama; Ke’Miyah Crews, Cedric Crews Jr, Kayla Crews, Kevin Jones, Cordell Banks, Royalty Crews, and Felic Crews of Chicago, Illinois; three grandchildren, Ja’Niyah Brooks, Kaison Kersh, and Laila Kersh; seven siblings, LaCristen Crews Underwood (Quinton), Felecia Crews-Salter (Craig) of Brent, Alabama, Detosha Billingsley of Chicago, Illinois, Allen Russell ( Alyssa), Matthew Russell, Jessica Polhe, Semia Russell of Cleveland, Ohio; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.
